I have 12 years of work experience in IT industry, 2 years as Customer Support and 10 years as Business Analyst. From my 10 years as Business Analyst, I've been handling Human Resource Information System or also known as Human Capital Management for 8 years. I handled the following modules:
- Employee 201
- Timekeeping (with Leave Management)
- Payroll
- Recruitment
- Performance Management System
My remaining 2 years upto present, I am currently handling an application which provides the report details of Testing and Evaluation phase of the client before they provide the certification.
Human Capital Management and the Report Management might be different modules but then as Business Analyst it has the same job. I gather and analyze the business requirements and provide a solution which address their pain points and help the user to become more efficient in their work. I also do testing and helps our QA so that they may understand the business process of the client. I prepare the User Acceptance Testing (such as UAT Artifacts and Sign-off) and provide initial support when the application is deployed in the Production. In addition, as Business Analyst in Human Capital Management, I provide support for the Year End Annualization in PH.
