Hi, I am Jhoanna Marie Talle, 26 years old. Graduated last 2017 with a degree of Bachelor of Science in Secondary Education Major in General Science. As a licensed professional teacher, my career started as a High School Teacher for 2 years from-----------teaching Junior & Senior High Schools. In my 2nd year of teaching, I got promoted as the Faculty Coordinator, wherein I am responsible in conducting Faculty Meetings and managing Teacher's schedules. Fresh from the academe, I entered the corporate world, and I started as a fulfillment analyst I on September 2019, my job responsibilities are mainly researching and forwarding a----------- reports for our insurance company clients, ordering requests online, paying invoices, and managing police agencies emails and inquiries. With my dedication and commitment for excellence, I was awarded six times as a top performer and served as a Point of Contact and Process Coach for the team. With the trust I build with my supervisors & Business Unit counterparts, I got the opportunity to be promoted as a Subject Matter Expert last June 2022, wherein my current responsibilites are conducting new hire & back fill trainings, developing training plans & documents, doing 1:1 coaching, side-by-side, and mentoring sessions, and also responsible in handling several reports like Work Distribution, Daily Monitoring, Month End Productivity Reports, Quality Evaluations, and Documented Coaching Logs.
