I am a graduate of Bachelor of Arts in Social Sciences Major in Economics and presently completing my Master of Management (Public Management) at the University of the Philippines Tacloban College.
Immediately after graduation, I worked as a Teacher for one School Year and then entered the Call Center Industry where I first worked as a Billing Agent in an Advertising/Telemarketing Company based in the US. Then I worked as a Fraud Analyst for a Financial/Bank Account in a Business Process Outsourcing Company where I gained my management experience after being promoted to the Frontline Manager position in the same company. My experience in handling customer concerns through their filed disputes was very vital for my next management jobs.
Presently, I am employed in the Local Government Unit where I am assigned as the Municipal Government Department Head for Budget Office working 8 hours at daytime.
I am presently searching for a job at graveyard (Philippine Time) so I can pursue my career in the virtual world.
