I've been in the BPO industry for almost 13 years. I have worked in billing and technical support. I've handled telco, satellite TV, and e-commerce and they are all US accounts for both voice and non-voice.
My previous job was email and chat support for a retail company, for which I handled 90+ brands on Amazon. I basically answer buyer messages and solve customer concerns when it comes to tracking their packages or if they have inquiries about the promotions and products that we offer.
I am currently working as a Virtual Assistant in one of the Drug Testing Company in Florida USA as an Admin doing data entry tasks and scheduling.
