I am a Philippine Lawyer who passed the bar examinations last 2020. Prior to becoming a lawyer, I have been employed as a Contract Analyst, a Legal Officer, and a Risk and Compliance Associate. Upon passing the bar examinations, I worked as an Associate Lawyer in two (2) law firms located in the Philippines. As an Associate Lawyer, I handled various legal matters ranging from corporate housekeeping/secretarial works, preparation of due diligence reports and various contracts (i.e., lease agreements, deeds of sale, share purchase agreements, etc.), incorporation and post-incorporation of businesses (i.e., SEC, BIR, SSS, PhilHealth, HDMF, and DOLE), and litigation works.
