I completed my Bachelor's degree in Business Administration specializing in Marketing Management. In 2022, I completed 18 units of Professional Education focused on Social Studies. Fortunately, I passed the Board Examination for Professional Licensed Teacher Education in March 2023. Despite lacking direct teaching experience, possessing a professional teaching license dignifies a commitment to the craft. Armed with theoretical knowledge, pedagogical skills, and a deep understanding of educational principles, I am equipped to navigate the challenges. While my journey may differ from those with prior roles, my licensure underscores my dedication to fostering academic development and creating enriching learning environment.
At present, I am employed under contractual employment with a government agency, Professional Regulation Commission Region XI. Over the past three years, I have served as an Administrative Staff in the Human Resource Department. My duties have included assists in the day-to-day transactions and activities of the HR Section; Assists in monitoring the daily report of attendance of all offices/divisions and coordinates its timely submission; Encodes in the Attendance Monitoring System (AMS) the approved pass slips, applications for leave, and travel/special orders and verifies Daily Time Records (DTRs) for the computation of incurred tardiness/unde----------- of all personnel; Assists the HRMO in monitoring the daily personnel complement of the Regional Office; Computes leave credits and ensure and updated leave card; Receives and logs various requests and other relevant documents for HR and dispatch the same; Serves as examination personnel during the conduct of licensure examinations; and Perform other duties assigned from time to time.
Before that, with nearly six years of dedicated service, I have amassed invaluable experience as a Dental Assistant Secretary. Throughout this time, I have honed my organizational skills, ensuring seamless scheduling of appointments, managing patient records efficiently, and facilitating smooth communication between patients and dental professionals. My tenure has also afforded me the opportunity to develop strong interpersonal skills, fostering positive relationships with both patients and colleagues. Through meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to excellence, I have consistently contributed to the overall success of the dental practice, striving to provide the highest standard of care to every individual who walks through our doors.
