I have been working as a customer service representative for the last six years. I started with Cartrawler, it is a car rental booking account based in Dublin, Ireland, and we assist customers regarding booking a car for them, or their needs to modify or cancel their bookings, thru calls, chats and emails. I left the account because I found a closer company to work with. I enjoyed my work at Sprint which was later on bought by T-mobile, where we handle all concerns about their billing, purchases, device or network issues, etc. I am confident I have gained enough knowledge and skills when it comes to customer service. I have actually realized it was all seem natural to me. I was able to enhance my multi-tasking and time management skills. With all those years I spent in customer service, I realized the most important thing is that I need to listen and acknowledge the customers feelings, in whatever circumstances I may have. Setting aside my personal situation, my goal is to not just resolve, but to also be with them on their entire journey.
