HR / HR ADMIN
• Supporting the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems
• Providing counseling on policies and procedures
• Being actively involved in recruitment by preparing job descriptions, posting ads and managing the hiring process
• Create and implement effective onboarding plans
• Develop training and development programs
• Assist in performance management processes
• Support the management of disciplinary and grievance issues
• Maintain employee records (attendance, EEO data etc.) according to policy and legal requirements
• Review employment and working conditions to ensure legal compliance
• Knowledge of HR functions (pay & benefits, recruitment, training & development etc.)
• Understanding of labor laws and disciplinary procedures
• Proficient in MS Applications
• Provide general administrative and clerical support, including mailing, scanning, faxing, and copying to management.
• Maintain electronic and hard copy filing system.
• Perform data entry and scan documents.
• Assist in resolving and administrative problems.
• Answer and direct calls and emails in a professional manner.
• Greet and assist visitors to the office, ensuring that they are comfortable and directed to the appropriate person or department.
• Coordinate office operations, including maintenance, supplies, and equipment.
• Assist with scheduling and coordinating meetings and events.
• Prepare and distribute memos, letters, and other correspondence.
• Maintain accurate records of office expenses and ensure that they are properly documented and filed.
• Maintain office files and records, ensuring that they are organized and up to date.
• Coordinate travel arrangements for staff members as needed.

PAYROLL
• Processes company's payroll every pay period. Maintains payroll processing system and records by gathering, calculating, and inputting data. Computes employee take-home pay based on time records, benefits, and taxes. Answers staff questions about wages, deductions, attendance, and time records.
• process employees' paychecks by collecting their payroll data and timesheets. Their duties include verifying employees' work hours and payment through the payroll system, issuing deductions, earnings and other statements to employees and updating payroll records regularly.
