Let me introduce myself, I'm a 24 year old experienced in various fields of the BPO industry. I worked with a pretty well-known company for 2 years and a half. I've handled complicated customer concerns as a recovery agent. I am passionate, goal oriented, and logical thinker. With these traits I maintained a good overall record, I learned to recognize what a certain department needs and be that person for them.
