I have been working in the BPO industry for 7 years assisting customer's and handling management task provided by operations. I was a Customer service representative for 3 years and Technical support for 4 years. I wish to embark on a new role as a virtual assistant to be able to fully utilize my skillset e.g. Communication, Technical and Customer Support. I am fully confident that I will be able to handle the task provided as I can adapt and learn fast.
