In my role, I am primarily responsible for effectively managing and allocating team resources, as well as distributing tasks among tea-----------mbers. I coordinate resources to meet both internal and external training service requirements, identifying and securing training resources from other teams and regions when necessary. My oversight extends to ensuring the quality of team service and output, scheduling technical reviews, and upholding the technical accuracy of all training materials.
Furthermore, I play a pivotal role in facilitating CS product training for both CS offices and clients, providing internal business and technical training to enhance the knowledge and skills of CS personnel. I directly respond to clients and regions on training matters, design and organize team initiatives for service improvement, and regulate service and resource relevance in alignment with company needs and industry trends.
My role also entails administering team direction to support company requirements, actively communicating team feedback and sentiments to relevant units or entities, and consistently monitoring team morale and drive. Additionally, I am entrusted with tasks such as hiring, assessing, and evaluating training manpower resources to ensure the team's competence.
In addition to my primary responsibilities, my secondary tasks include the development of training modules for both new and upgraded products. I may also be involved in customizing training modules to meet specific project requirements and serving as a reserve resource to support other departments and teams when needed. My role positions me as a key contributor to the success of the team and plays a significant role in the overall success of the company.
