Hi, I'm -----------.
I have six years of experience working in the call center industry. Primarily in Appointment Setting or Cold Calling for 4 and a half years.
I started as an Educational Consultant for a year, doing outbound calls to potential leads to acquire their basic information and interests so that we could match them to programs or courses offered by various colleges and universities. My role is to persuade the leads to submit their information to those schools and once they do, it is considered sales.
Following that, I spent a year as a Healthcare Customer Service Associate. My job entails answering phone calls fro-----------dical professionals such as doctors, nurses, and other medical assistants and providing the information they need from the patient's medical insurance policy. These pieces of information include the patient's eligibility, benefits, and how the claim was processed and completed.
After that, I worked for three and a half years as a Business Development Representative or Appointment Setter, as well as a Healthcare Customer Service Associate for six months. I had the same responsibilities as a Healthcare Customer Service Representative. And, as an Appointment Setter, I've been doing outbound calls to potential leads who are interested in or in the market for a vehicle. I explain the program, advertising, and incentive proposals that will entice the leads to schedule an appointment with a sales representative at the dealership. In addition, I am also pleased to share that I was given multiple rewards and recognitions for achieving my goal as an agent while given a task at the same time to assist trainees during their nesting or training period.
Prior to joining the call center industry, I also worked as a Medical Representative, where I established and maintained relationships with doctors, pharmacists, and other key healthcare professionals in order to promote and sell the company's brand medication.
As an appointment setter for 4 and a half years, my role is to call potential leads, send emails and SMS, promote the products and services of the company, doing follow ups and schedule appointments for the sales team. Part of my responsibility is to constantly develop my skills and tactics in order to increase my appointment-setting success rate.
My primary skills are COMMUNICATION SKILLS. As an appointment setter, I must possess excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively communicate with potential leads and schedule an appointment. The next one is SALESMANSHIP. I must have persuasive skills to convince potential clients to schedule appointments and communicate the value of the products or services being offered. The last one is ADAPTABILITY. I must be able to adjust to changes in the script or sales process. I am able to take it on myself and adjust my approach as needed.
I understand that the role of a virtual assistant is to support you with any work or business you require in order to be successful. I would be a great asset to your team, owing to the three qualities I possess. First are ORGANIZING abilities. As an appointment setter, I must be highly organized in order to manage various leads, appointments, and follow-ups efficiently. The second is TECHNICALLY SAVVY. Appointment setters in today's digital age must be familiar with a variety of tools and software for managing leads, scheduling appointments, and communicating with potential leads. The last one, but not least, is RESILIENCE. I will confront rejections and objections from potential clients, so I must be resilient and persistent in my approach to achieve my objectives.
I am passionate about my work and take pride in what I do. I am dedicated to generating results and providing the finest experience for my potential clients.
I look forward to the opportunity to bring my skills and experience to your team and to your continued success. We are partners in accelerating your growth as a business. Thank you.
