Being a teacher by profession, I was able to teach for a year wherein I apply my knowledge gain through education and also manage to do a lot of tasks and duties. This experience enhances my capabilities and hone my personality. Furthermore, I explored other field by entering BPO industry and was able to work as Claims Tracking Specialist, Collection Rep and Inbound CSR for almost 7 years in total now. All my work and life experiences provides meaningful learning to me as an individual and a worker at the same time. I'm excited and driven to keep on growing in life and be at my best.
