My name is Aileen Bronsal. I graduated a 4 year course in Bachelor of Elementary Education, also a graduate in TESDA of vocational course of Contact Center Services NCII. It was a call center training program held in Call Center Academy Legazpi Albay. Ever since it was my dream job to work in BPO industry, any work related in customer service representative. I loved helping customers to solve their inquiries and concerns. That's why, when I heard about CCS training, I grab this opportunity as my stepping stone to learn and gain more ideas if how a call center agent deals with different types of customers. My previous job is customer service representative, cashier and sales assistant. My task as customer service representative, a non-voice rebuttals type based account is to find a customer, tell what are you selling, what's the purpose of your call, responding to all their inquiries, encouraging them of your products in a proper communicating in a right conduct and importantly you have to be patience all the time up untill you close the deals. As cashier, importantly you always greet the customer with a smile, scanning products, collecting payments, counting the money, and solving customers inquiries. Lastly, as sales assistant, assisting the customers if what are the things their needs and looking for up until the end. But one thing I learned from both of these job is that, what makes them comeback for more and become a repeat customer is an exceptional customer service. I learned a lot from the training and to my previous job and I knew fully well the workload and stress involved in working in this industry. And, I still really wanna take on this challenge.
