I worked in the BPO industry for 13 years, from June 2010 to January 2024. With my experience I believe that the skills and knowledge I have is enough to have a significant contribution in the VA world. My last role before I left BPO was Associate Manager - Account Management. I was with 3 different programs - financial program for almost 11 years, travel program for 6 months and technical and billing program for a year.
I had a lot of leadership trainings and certification and I was also had Six Sigma White Belt training.
