Hi! My name is Shaira Bella C. Aliviado, you can call me “Bella”. I’m 28 from the Philippines. I have bountiful skills and experiences that I have grown for the past 6 years.
After I graduated college, I started as a Human Resource Generalist last 2017. I joined in a manufacturing firm handling thousands of employees. Leveraging comprehensive HR expertise, I bring a robust skill set in organizational management, communication, and problem- solving to contribute to a dynamic team.
I have worked experience as a Training Specialist in Department of Social Welfare and Development. Wherein, I was able to enhance my skills in public speaking and creative writing. I have learned to use various applications in reporting and video presentations that I utilize in my trainings. I am well versed with the applications in Microsoft Office particularly with the Excel and Powerpoint. I have a general knowledge in all social media platforms. I am also familiar in online tool that is needed in order complete certain task. On top of these skills that I mentioned, I also have a talent in hosting, voice over and as a public speaker trainer. I am highly motivated dependable and reliable.
