Moreover, I gained expertise in reviewing and resolving disputes from both merchants and buyers, making sound decisions based on submitted evidence.
As a Team Leader in a financial institution from July 2021 to January 2023, I demonstrated my ability to lead and develop a team. I focused on customer account updates, balance adjustments, dispute resolution, and transaction reading. I also effectively managed administrative tasks such as timekeeping. In this role, I provided coaching and support to tea-----------mbers, conducted client meetings, and actively participated in monthly deliberations.
In my current position as a Team Leader in a health care program, I have shifted my focus to handling customer Protected Health Information (PHI), Personally Identifiable Information (PII), and ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations and HiTECh. In addition to my core responsibilities, I continue to provide coaching and support to my tea-----------mbers and handle escalation calls and call backs for cases of misinformation.
Furthermore, my part-time experience as a Virtual Assistant and Document Reviewer has enhanced my skills in sales monitoring, customer communication, and documentation management.
