As a healthcare professional (Registered Pharmacist) I've been through a lot of different scenarios especially in doing my expertise Patient Counseling. Being an active listener is very important during the interaction of the patients, giving them the right knowledge about their health and meds to be intake. Educating them on when or how to take their meds by doing it in their calendar management and give them the right customer service they deserved. For almost 5 years in the healthcare team i was able to discover the skills that i did not know I had and while still working of some of the skills that i am eager to learn more. The skills below are the skills that i learned and discovered during my 5 years in the health care profession team. And yes i do not have yet an experience of being a virtual assistant but i do believe that this skills that i have learned will be a big help enough on my journey of being a virtual assistant.
