I have been working in one of the largest BPO company. Back then, I was a recruitment associate, doing recruitment tasks most specifically the selection process of the aspiring call center agents. Prior to that, I was working as an Administrative Aide at a Local Government Unit for 3 years. Because of these, I was able to instill and maintain a delivery of high standard service, which helps me identify my own needs of improvement.
My expertise is in project management doing administrative tasks. I'm good in performing accurate web research, managing emails, as well as corresponding with vendors and employees of other businesses that I may be required to speak with in behalf of the firm.
