I got my first job way back 2018 as a Customer Service Representative in eBay M2M Escalations at ePerformax. We assist both seller and buyers regarding the product posted on eBay. We worked as a Mediator between the seller and the buyers. Answering customer questions about the products, shipments, returns, canceling orders, Resolving eBay cases (such as item not received and item not as described cases), We are also handling returns (Obtaining return labels from the vendor and providing it to the customers), Removing negative feedback, defects and etc.
In 2019, I also worked as a Fraud/ Chargeback Analyst in Signifyd at Taskseverday. As a Fraud Analyst, our main role is to protect the organization or the company from financial losses due to fraudulent activities. We have to investigate fraudulent transactions, Detecting and preventing fraud, Investigating potential cases of fraud, Preparing reports on fraud investigations, Create packets to submit to the bank or faxed. After 120 days we have to do a follow up regarding the cases we submitted for the merchants we handle and asks for the decision if it was on our favor. And while working as a Fraud Analyts, I was also incharged in calibrating the cases we made or the cases from Belfast and US.
And lastly, I also used to work as a Technical Support in Virgin Media/ Mobile account at Accenture. We rpovide technical assistance and answers to users questions, assisting users by troubleshooting problems with computer hardware or software or even their internet connection.
