I have experienced working in a BPO company for almost 11 years now, I started as a collection specialist and got promoted as a team leader. I've been in collection as line of business for my entire career of being in the BPO industry. Providing services to our cable provider and financial institution clients. I'd say I have this skills and experience to handle the customers well w/ proper assistance. I have no issues with punctuality and never been received any corrective actions. I'm very detailed oriented employee and adhere to strict deadlines.
