An upbeat and
experienced virtual assistant who specializes in customer support through live
chats, emails, and calls. I have worked in the BPO industry for 5 years before
transitioning to remote independent contractor work. Continually learning,
highly adaptable, and open to acquiring new knowledge and skills to address
diverse client and company needs.
I also recently got
training certifications for Virtual Bookkeeping with Xero & QuickBooks
Online and for Medical Virtual Assistant. I would like to match up and get
hired by a company that values my skills, work experience, hard work, and
determination. I am very willing to learn new skills and adapt to new
processes.
Aside from the BPO
industry, I also have years of varying work experiences in the corporate world. My first job was for
a hardware and construction company, where I handled several tasks over the 8
years that I worked there, which started when I was still in University.
Initially, I was an invoice clerk. Then I was assigned to accounts receivable, inventory, and lastly, as a sales support. I have also resided and worked in South Korea. There, I worked for a medical equipment manufacturing company, supporting them in public relations, social media management & content creation, marketing, and document proofreading for the global market. I also taught English as a Second Language (ESL) to children and adult Korean learners.
My mission and goal
are to get employed with a suitable client or company that will provide me with
the opportunity to develop and maximize the use of my skills and experiences to
help with the daily tasks and the overall growth of the organization, and to
flourish in my career, along with competitive remuneration for financial growth
and independence.
