Tom has a diverse background in communication, media, culture, and visual arts. He is currently finishing his master’s degree in film at UP-Diliman. He is a visual artist and an aspiring filmmaker. He plans to apply his knowledge, skills, talents, and expertise to become an asset and a valuable member of your department.
