In my previous position at Decathlon Philippines, I successfully was able to lead a high-performing team, fostering a positive and collaborative working environment. In addition, I successfully was able to effectively manage time and prioritize tasks to ensure the smooth day to day operations, and allocate the given resources efficiently, including staff, inventory and budget to optimize the performance of the store.
