Essential Job Duties & Responsibilities:
? Conduct sales activities targeting the identified ideal client profile target in a manner consistent
with company values.
? Train the SDR Team to identify, contact, and create qualified opportunities for both inbound and
outbound sales
? Ensure SDR Tea-----------mbers improve performance and abilities over time.
? Oversee the daily activities and quota performance management of individual SDRs to ensure key
performance metrics are met.
? Provide SDRs with coaching cadence of time management, objection handling, prospecting
tactics, and active listening skills.
? Manage the inbound lead flow and track the efficiency of the sales team.
? Help create a fun, high-energy work environment where people love coming to work.
? Work closely with the Director of Sales to identify areas of improvement for the SDR Teams.
? Utilize sales tools to generate new sales opportunities (CRM, Sales Outreach etc)
? Using a combination of emails and calls, develop and test messages with prospects to achieve
high response rates for outbound sales programs
? Build and maintain a full and accurate sales pipeline from outbound activities as well as track all
leads efficiently in our CRM system
? Meet and exceed quantitative and qualitative goals for prospecting, customer contacts,
presentations/1st appointments, and other sales process activities
