Before my recruitment career, I was a sales executive and a customer service for a large insurance company. In both customer service and sales I have required a lot of patience, good communication skills, empathy and a problem solving skills. These qualities that have developed are what has enabled me to become a good recruiter.
I have also worked as a leasing admin when I worked as a freelancer in a property management company. I schedule prospects for viewing or showing and tenants. I also answer prospects queries over the phone, email or texts. I also review applicants documents, screenings and lease renewals.
