Screens incoming telephone calls, emails
Manages Director’s schedule (business meetings and travels)
Manages office accounts, sales, projects, banks, cash
Handles projects- Government & Private
Attends to client inquiries and provides business proposal and quotations as required
Point of contact for projects and proposals
Updates project cost sheets (Income and Expenses, timelines)
Prepares financial statement, JV, Bank Reconciliation
Updates account receivables and account payables; monitor collections and payments
Prepares cash and check payments, payroll
Approves quotations, invoices, purchase orders (procurement, sales, accounts)
Prepares commercial proposals
Negotiates with suppliers for pricing
Used Sage (Peachtree), Tally, SAP, QuickBooks accounting software
