I have been a part of the industry for years now and have worked in various accounts. I have handled customers with different cultures such as US, Australia and UK.
Given my tenure, I have acquired skills of being a customer advocate in different areas/account such as billing, sales, fraud, financial and escalations. I can also do Virtual Assistant Roles, Social Media Marketing, Outbound and Inbound calling, Appointment setting and Customer Service that answers queries and resolves complaints.
I am honest and dedicated to my work. I have a great attitude and love communicating with others. I work great with others and I’m very organized. During the latter part of my journey I was given the chance to mentor and handle my own team. To nurture them and guide them achieving their goals and career path.
