I am a graduate of Bachelor of Science in Business Management Major in Financial Management as Magna Cum Laude at Cavite State University-Imus Campus last August 2022. I managed inbound and outgoing calls as a Customer Service Representative for almost a year, utilizing a variety of platforms such as Slacks, Dialpad, and many more, while balancing my full-time work and academic goals. Furthermore, I am knowledgeable in using various tools such as Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. I can also move around Zoom, Skype, Microsoft Teams, and Google Workspace (which includes Google Meet, Calendar, Email Management, and Drive). II'm extremely open to explore some valuable tools , particularly about utilizing Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Premiere Pro, and many other programs that will improve my abilities and knowledge, in addition to Capcut, Microsoft Software (Excel, Powerpoint, Publisher, and Excel) and Canva. Simultaneously, I've dedicated myself to community leadership, serving as a youth leader for the past five years. This role has been instrumental in refining my leadership prowess and fostering collaborative initiatives within our community. Additionally, I've ventured into entrepreneurship, establishing a small business focused on printing and graphic design. Through this venture, I've sharpened my computer literacy, sales management, creativity, email management, and marketing acumen. Driven by a passion for excellence and a commitment to continuous growth, I am eager to leverage my diverse skill set and experiences to contribute meaningfully to dynamic professional environments.
