I have diverse experience in telecommunications or in telephony, ranging from physical installation of devices, configuration, maintenance, troubleshooting, upgrades and updates. My scope of work also included remote support.
The systems I have handled are Avaya, Zoom Phone, Aircall, CUCM, Aspect and its adjunct systems and also RingCentral platform.
