I assist business owners with tasks off their plate, which may include technical support, website/app maintenance, data management and organization, tool installation and configuration, or sorting out an existing process that is far from efficient.
For the past 2+ years, I've been operating in a small team of engineers building production-ready features on tight schedules, so dealing with an ambiguous task and coming up with solutions on my own without relying on checklists is something I am used to.
On the technical level: I am capable of building and maintaining websites, fixing bugs, integrating APIs, implementing automations, and debugging issues that normally need to be escalated by VAs. I also have experience building AI-based software from scratch (document Q&A systems, chatbots, automation pipelines), so if you are planning to introduce AI to your work, I can implement it rather than only discuss it.
Communication is proactive, with all problems detected immediately reported, and there will be no surprises for you further down the road. Working independently in a remote environment is not a problem for me either, and if I happen to lack some knowledge, I'll acquire it fast, practically.
