Responsible for sourcing and preparation on purchase orders and job orders, In-charge on time keeping through biometric system and Manual Checking, Prepares documentations for posting of contributions and loans payment and acts as liaison/Authorized company representative, Enrollment and/or termination on private and government mandated programs (i.e SSS/HDMF/PHIC), Recruitment and Selection : Handles 201 files, Assists newly hired employee/s in preparing and collection of necessary documents and credentials copy for 201 filing, and coordinates coverage of employee's life insurance's/HMO.
