I've worked for the U.S. Collections Outbound account for Convergys as a Credit Collections Associate for GE Money Bank for 1 year. I’ve worked for APAC Customer Service for a U.S. health insurance account and I answer queries about their health coverage. I’ve worked for Aegis People Support as a travel agent for -----------, an online travel website. I book travel packages for all travelers worldwide. I've worked for Intercontinental Hotels Group or IHG as a Reservations Sales Specialist for 6 years. I reserve hotel rooms for guests in all IHG hotel chains worldwide. I started my home-based job, in July 2020. I've worked as a cold caller for Sell Easy for 2 months only but I exceeded my appointments on the 2nd day since my quota is just 2 appointments per day and I got 7. I’ve worked for Planswell, a Canadian financial planning website. I set up appointments for Financial Advisors in the U.S. and Canada with our Account Executives. I've worked for Secondyou as a Virtual Assistant for 4 different clients. I do cold calling, circle prospecting, buyers, sellers, FSBO, and expired leads. I also manage their CRMs. All my clients with Secondyou were very happy and satisfied because I did the tasks well. And I’ve worked for Sphere Rocket for 1 year and 7 months for the Burner Team. I managed Follow up Boss, Hombot, and Redfin. I also did Admin work. I love being a Virtual Assistant and I believe in Confucius's quote “Choose the job you love and you will never work a day in your life”.
