I'm a seasoned BPO associate who started with Convergys as a technical support for Spectrum (Telco) for 12 months. I handled billing, sales, cable, internet, and phone technical support. I also had experience with Amazon for almost 3 years as a Retail associate but then transitioned to a Resolution Specialist assisting escalation and as floor support for new hires. I also had a Training experience with Amazon under a Training Assistant role handling new hires and admin tasks & collaborating with other Senior Trainers as well as contributing to making materials. I also had experience as a Medical Billing Specialist wherein I made inbound calls from clients and assisted with their inquiries about their insurance benefits and billings. Also, assist in setting scheduled appointments for the patients. The most recent experience I have is as a Health Scheduler, I do inbound and outbound calls to caregivers and clients. I also set an appointment and follow up on the caregiver’s attendance as well as manage client and caregiver information using Axiscare. The most important responsibility is to respond promptly to clients' and caregivers’ messages via chat or phone calls. I've been with several BPO companies in the customer service field and as a Virtual Assistant for almost 7 years and I've gathered enough experience to understand how to support customer-related concerns, be it customer service, technical support, or client/organization support. With my training experience, I also know how to manage & understand materials easily and work with people management. With my resolution specialist experience, I learned how to practice leadership skills & de-escalate issues, and come up with different resolutions.
