I have more than 10 years of experience in the corporate world - several months in entity research, five years in Quality Control, and six years of experience in software testing, creation of test plans, and writing user guides/manuals for our company's internal web-based tools and applications. In my previous role, I was responsible for managing the quality of several tools and applications. On a day-to-day basis, I worked with different Software Engineers and Product Managers from the United Kingdom, Philippines, United States, and India to ensure that no bugs would be released to production and that all changes were working as expected. I also led QA Cycles in my previous team as well as integration projects.
