Role Description
Provides end-to-end support for Circuit and Voice over IP
(VoIP) installations/Activation on Large Business Enterprise and
Medium Business Clients/Customers, from planning through
implementation and completion.
To ensure timely delivery of service to clients, coordinate,
follow up, and/or escalate any possible difficulties to the
Upstream and Downstream Teams.
Ensure project is on track by utilizing project tools, creating status
report, project summary and scheduling weekly client meeting to
communicate project status and updates.
Clients' point of contact in communicating updates/information for
Enterprise Business with day-to-day orders.
Working with Project Managers and helping them with their tasks
various tasks to ensure successful client service delivery.
Solved Business Client’s challenges by offering relevant
products & services.
Educating customers on promotions and enhanced sales.
Turning a cancellation call into a sale.
Responsible in providing technical support for AT&T UVERSE/
Direct TV which includes troubleshooting, also managing
escalations about billing and processing payment arrangement.
Develop and execute plan to deliver sales targets by building
strategy to qualifying prospects and closing business
Guide customers through onboarding after product purchase
and promote strategic adoption of product(s) enhancing the
customer experience, establishing optimal usage behaviors,
and accelerating the customer’s time to value.
Responsible for demonstrating the value and benefits of our
moderately complex client’s products or services through
customer engagement and web navigation focus on selling for
AT&T Mobility (B2B/ Residential).
