I've been in BPO industry since 2015 as a collection specialist for credit card account under Synchrony Bank. After a year I became a part of a support team, a special process group reviewing agents documentation, listening to calls, checking workcases for fraud, dispute and bankruptcy cases. I was also authorized as one of the payment verifiers. In 2021, I was transferred to a different account as a customer service representive for Conns Home Plus, an appliance store in the US. We're taking inbound and outbound calls for assisting customers regarding products delivery and services. Currently, I'm working as an intake coordinator for Home Health and
Hospice agencies based in the US. Our tasks as intake coordinators for hospice are to check health insurance, order DME, set up schedule of patient's transportation, sending consents , CTI and ROI through fax or email. For home health, once referrals are received through our portals, we review documents and confirm information by calling patients or family members. Once patient is confirmed for admission, we will create and activate chart and schedule clinician's visit.
