Hi, I am ----------- ----------- -----------, a graduate of Bachelor in Broadcast Communication here in the Philippines. Currently taking Master of Arts in Education Major in Educational Leadership and Management.
I am also a Licensed Professional Teacher, teaching for more than 5 years now. I also have a TESOL and TEYL certificate. I am teaching kids from elementary to high school students. Overall, I have eight years of working experience in different clients and industries.
Before teaching, I worked in the BPO industry as a Technical Support Representative for AT&T, and then as a Customer Service Representative for Western Union. After working in the BPO, I worked for three years in the Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) industry as a recruiter for a leading financial company in the USA.
With my range of experience, I have honed my skills and proficiency in customer service, data entry, vendor management, email and chat support, and communication.
