I have been working for the last 2 years in a job where communication and data are vital. I’ve created a file with the use of google sheets where clients and orders are inputted everyday formulated to obtain data needed in decision making to reach our targets and I analyze the data to come up with insights for our major meetings. These inputs have also been our department’s reference in determining client and product behavior.
I’m the only one who taught myself with formulas and figured out a way to use them in line with, or fit them into, our processes for our convenience and also in an attempt to create a system only with google sheets.
I connect with our clients through google mail, Viber, SMS, and calls for their queries, requests, and concerns. I have used tools such as Shopify, Quickbooks, and Netsuite. I make use of my device and an app called Notion to organize and keep track of my tasks and projects.
Most importantly, I care about my work and output.
