In my role as a Sr Reference File Maintainer Associate at IQVIA from May 15, 2017, to March 14, 2021, I honed my research and data management skills. I performed comprehensive research using various methods such as internet searches, phone calls, and source books to gather information from third parties, enhancing the completeness and accuracy of IMS reference data. My responsibilities included collaborating with other IMS departments to identify and correct inaccurate data, soliciting input from production processes, validating information from third-party sources, recommending changes to existing reference data, and updating IMS reference files and databases.
