My first BPO experience was with Results CX, where I handled customer service and technical support. and I became Helpdesk Analyst at ATOS Information Technology Inc., where we dealt with printers, laptops, and tablets. Software and hardware issues are being fixed by us. We are the system administrator, installing an application, resolving issues with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and all other office 365 applications. My most recent position was IT Support Engineer Level 2 (MSP) where I handled network related issues, Security related and On boarding and off-boarding of clients.
