Currently looking for part-time or full-time remote employment opportunities at Virtual Staff. I've spent the last four years working in a corporate setting, particularly in customer service, technical assistance, email, and account management. My most recent professional experience has included doing quality audits, reporting on and organizing quality certifications for new employees, as well as conducting roadshows ahead of certification. I also coach the teams allocated for the week and attend calibration meetings with clients to ensure that we are all on the same track with the process and that changes or relevant opportunities concerning the processes and policies are conveyed to the Operations Team. Right now, I'm looking at freelancing to see if any remote options will help broaden the skillsets that I have.
