I have over 5 years experience in BPO Industry. As an expert in Customer Service, Marketing and Sales. I have a very good communication skills and I have been a Customer Service Representative for 2 years and Supervisor/ Team Leader for 3 years in a BPO Company that handles a Big Telecommunications Service that is based in the US.
