In my previous jobs, I had been a Consultant in a Mortgage Account for 2 years and also i'd been a Customer Service Representative for 8 years which i really enjoyed a lot because i was able to express my self for helping and assisting other people. While working in a BPO Telco Account i able to enhance more my skills in communications and providing exceptional assurance of help. I also discover my skills on how to handle difficult situations like complaints and feed backs and how to resolve every situations.
