* Technical knowledge in the bidding process, project scheduling, planning in
pre-construction phase, cost estimates, detailing of drawings, and construction
methodology.
*Has management skills in civil and structural works in building and infrastructure projects
* Good analytical and problem solving skills
*Working knowledge in the following softwares:
- STAAD Pro, for design of building structures and components and for structural analysis
- SketchUp and Enscape, which I use for good visualization of the project structure
and for project presentation
- AutoCAD/ Draftsight, for creating detailed drawings
- Bluebeam Revu, for pdf editing and structure take-off
- Microsoft Office Applications
