I used to be a financial advisor for a well-known bank in the Philippines. Guiding people to investments and other avenues for financial growth was a really fulfilling endeavour.
\I am currently a manager of a small business. To me time management is the best way to handle loads like email response and client support. Also, when I worked as a financial advisor, keeping up with Emails and client requests and time scheduling was a part of that job. Emails had to be made every morning and follow ups through the whole day. Making my own system for load management proved effective to the point where i landed an award of highest grossing financial advisor for 2 consecutive quarters of that year.
As a caterer, attention to detail is a must. Everything from the banquet setup to the food plating should be immaculate. Special occasions sometimes happen only once in a lifetime of a client so everything must be spot on. Check and re check everything and for good measure check once more. Also, working as a decal artist and autobody repair man when I was younger have given me a keen eye on spotting imperfections. Every detail must be screened properly to avoid mistakes that may lead to the project being scrapped or starting over. Furthermore, when I was a functioning crew of our provincial tax mapping crew, I made sure that every survey and every measurement we ever made was exact to the point. Even making the systems more modern and fool proof to acquire the best results. Lastly, as a financial advisor, every detail pertaining to a client's finances and investments should be looked through properly to prevent future errors so that the client does not lose faith in you and your abilities. Usually taking time to revisit their plans and contracts have to be done to achieve flawless transitions and best results. So I would say that attention to detail is woven through my DNA.
