I am a former employee of Qualfon Dumaguete as a Customer Service Representative. I've been in the company for more than 1 year, my account in Qualfon Dumaguete is TelCo account and I lasted there for more than 7 months. Within 7 months in TelCo account, I was awarded as a Top Agent and receive also a Customer Representative Excellence Award. After that, I was transferred in a Tier 3 account, it is a Cybersecurity account (The same company). In the said account, I lasted more than 3 months because I d----------- to resign since my schedule right now is complicated that's why I am just looking for a part time job. Going back, when I was still in the Cybersecurity account, in my first 2 months term. I was awarded as a Top 1 agent for two consecutive months, to become a Top 1 agent I do believe that you need to hold this abilities; passionate, hardworking, patience, understanding, willing to learn, and goal-oriented, I do believe that I have this abilities.
