Hi, my name is Glenn Tompong, I'm interested in part-time job and back office work. I'm certified in ITIL Foundation. I have more than 10 years of experience and trainings as IT Global Service Desk. I headed and managed a team, I also train, educate and support all the new and senior IT Service Desks. Most of my responsibilities as lead is creating a reports related to KPI and SLA. I am also involve in shift planning to ensure optimal level of workforce. I am responsible in managing the teams queues in I-----------, Service Request and Software Management workspace and ensure that meet the SLA compliance. Because of these efforts our team achieved the highest score in Service Level Agreement and surveys since 2015.
