I've been in the HR industry for 1 year my role as HR Associate Recruitment and Operations was recruiting and Evaluate applicants by conducting pre-employment examinations and preliminary interviews to determine the level of their competencies, processes or assists with voluntary and involuntary terminations, including conducting applicable exit interviews, processing paperwork, and communication with Payroll. Gather initial information from employees regarding work-related problems, evaluates issues and refers the issue for appropriate action in addition to my skills I am knowledgeable in HRIS, Source and recruit candidates through job postings, LRA and Job Fair, social media, and other recruitment channels, Employee Relations Management and Disciplinary Management. I've been work also in Government as a social worker for 3months and Sales Industry for 4 years. for the last 5 years I've been managing to different branches when I transferred as HR Associate and I handle 8 branches in all Rizal Area now that I have gained a fair bit of an experience in the field, I am looking for opportunities to expand my experience as HR Associate.
