Iam Ma Grethel Crystal Chloe Marajas. My colleagues call me Chloe. My work experience, I started as a balloon designer and event coordinator in our province when my daughter was still a little. After few years, I d----------- to jump into corporate world in a BPO company. My first was Teleperformance, we handled gaming store, and we are responsible for placing orders, order status and card membership activation. Months after the account was transferred to Costa Rica so I d----------- to apply at Telus. My work then was to do some trouble shooting for a wearable device then I was transferred to a food service account which we handle online food order, restaurant reservation, food delivery, and customer complaints. After a year and 7 months with Telus that's where I found my last company. I've been with Optum for 5 years and 7months and work as a dedicated email work force, handling emails coming from the broker, regarding company's enrollment and eligibility request. Determining the nature of incoming emails and prioritizing them according to their importance. Scrubbing and logging incoming emails to determine whether they should be forwarded to our representatives. Also checking if the incoming emails require follow-up and making sure that the person or division involved can respond to the email sent to them. Having those experiences, I can say I am fit to work with you. Iam versatile, quick learner and able to work in a fast-paced organization, in general having work ethics and my attitude towards work is also integral. For me skills can be learned and mastered however character is more essential. As single mother who loves to spend time with my daughter a lot. I d----------- to look for a remote job.
